Living in Switzerland definitely has it's perks, one of the many being that I can be in France in 2 hours. So for the last Saturday of summer, I decided to go on a day trip to Alsace. We drove around and stopped in 4 cute little towns across the border; of course wearing masks where required! ;)
First stop of the day was Ribeauvillé
The second stop of the day was Riquewihr
Of course, I had to pick up my favorite Macaroons... ;)
I am obsessed with cute little art shops, so stopping in here was a must!
The 3rd stop of the day was Kaysersberg
Stopped to go for a little walk through the Vineyards
Last stop of the day was Colmar; the beautiful little town that inspired The Beauty and The Beast!
Each little city had their own trains that took you on a tour! We didn't go on, but I definitely want to try that next time!
